  1. Well it looks like Bobby Taylor can now bend over and kiss his bum goodbye. We now have an AWESOME pair of starting corners! Heck we now have an AWESOME secondary!

  2. Something tells me our pass rush is going to be full addressed in the draft.

I can't believe this... Maybe I didn't get enough sleep last night, but I'm actually choking up... Damn, I love this team... Are we gonna kick some Ram @$$ or what?

I smell a good season ahead. Maybe even respect...

  3. I still like Roth, short arms and all. But this is great news, our secondary now has Dyson, Hamlin, Boulware and Trufant. I'm shaking with anticipation at this point.

  5. I'm completely with you guys, I am almost tearing up! This is Freakin' SWEEEET!
The Lambs added a couple lousy LBers and we added a whole new defense and a whole new attitude! OMG!! The West is OURS! Can you smell an NFC championship game? The Pack will suck this year, the Iggles will be dealing with T.O issues the Rams will get their puck a$$es kicked twice by us and only the Vikings have realistically improved this offseason and we already beat them alst season. Are we now the team to beat in the NFC? Seriously! I think we just might be now. GOD I can't wait for the draft! I can't wait for this season to start!!

  7. I forgot about Herndon, crap, we even have depth!! Our nickel D will smother people if we can address the pass rush.
No more excuses for Ray this season, he'd damn well better get it done now! He cant'say we don't have the personell, and I sure as heck don't want to hear about injury concerns, these guys don't get hurt often. This is like an entire defensive makeover! Man I am just STOKED!

  8. the only thing that could make me worry now is if the Cardinals or Rams get Pacman or Rolle in the draft...

if we avoid them, along with Derrick Johnson...ill be satisfied

I just want us to be the only team with good corners in the division...those two guys are SHUTDOWN...and Rolle can stop the run

but back to us...GREAT NEWS...I still say grab a CB later in the draft to add depth and fight for the 4th spot...or get a CB that can do kick returns

this is what we need to improve:

    -LB depth
    -DE start/depth
    -kick return
    -special teams in general
    -FB

and we still need a veteran QB

    SCOMN!!!
    (spitting coffee out my nose!)

I just made that up but this was a very funny line. How quickly our expectations change, huh?

  11. SCOMN, I like it, you should patent it so noone can use it without paying you alba.

  12. ADP, I doubt the Lambs have a shot at either of the premier CBs, plus they need help all over, they truly can take BPA. The Retardinals (awesome Blue, awesome) have a shot at either probably, but all the smoke/mocks have them taking O.

  13. I think I remember all this verbiage last year and look what happened. Rams rule again by default in 2005. Cards will be 2nd and the Pigeons a solid third.
    Hartwell, Hartwell, Hartwell!

  14. Does anybody have any figures on what amount of salary we have committed to 1,2 or even 3 years down the line?

  15. Wow. You'd better thank us that we allow a certain degree of free speech in here, anon.

My favorite stat of Dyson: He's started 58 straight games.

That's what we call a playah.

He's still got a lot left in the tank, too. A five year contract should give us a very good CB for a long time.

BTW: Does anyone have any scouting reports on him?

  18. would you guys believe Phillip Buchanon wants to change his name to 'showtime'??

im so glad we dont have any players as stupid as that...

would be shocking to see Tobeck changing his name to a symbol, ala Prince...but it looks like anything can happen...we sign Dyson, pull off a miracle offseason, Vick has herpes, we're in a division with a loser serial killer-type of team, and the Rocky Homo Picture Show

    whats next???
