It's a lighter day of practice today. Yesterday, coaches surprised the team by introducing tackling into practice, instead of waiting until Saturday's scrimmage. Today, linemen took a break from thumping and QB's rested their arms as special teams practice dominated the afternoon.Darryl Jackson is now expected to not return until late August. Mack Strong shows a knack for TV work. Seahawks.NET produces and almost readable article on Ray Rhodes. Gibran Hamdan has some serious challenges on & off the field. The NFL's best referee ran a tired subject into the ground.
And I'm awarding 50 points to whomever can tell me what the &$#$ is in this picture.
