Another Colts Gameday.... (Yawn)

GAMEDAY: Seahawks @ Colts

ON THE AIR: NBC, 5pm PST

The last time these teams met, both teams rested starters. This time, both teams will rest starters. Wheee!

As it gets closer to gametime, be sure to visit SeahawksBlue.com and enter the gameday chat. You'll find that a snoozing preseason game will becomes an opportunity to exhange analysis of the young players deeper in the depth chart, and an excuse to crack a beer with other Seahawks fans.

Get the juices flowing: There are some interesting articles around the net this morning to get you primed.

Seahawks.com has their game preview. ESPN claims that RT Tom Ashworth is lost in the shuffle. Since Jerramy Stevens injured his knee, others are expected to step it up, and Ron Heller has something to give since the competition at TE has heated up. Isaiah Kacyvenski never, never gives up. And it's time for Chris Spencer to shine.

Have fun, and

GO SEAHAWKS!!!

  1. One has to marvel at Ashworth's attitude about the whole deal of not starting. Has pickedup the playbook well but Tapp has beaten him several times. Tells me that a smaller faster guy gives him trouble.

  2. But you know what? I think that particular smaller, faster guy will give a lot of tackles problems.

  3. (sniff) no Crickler...

I'll try to watch this game, I decided against going. Mostly because tomorrow is the FIRST day of classes. It would be bad to snooze through those.

I say try because I can't get excited for pre-season football. And Jerome Bettis will be on the set and he'll get the "how did you beat them" question, and then I'll throw something at a wall, cause damage to my apartment and get evicted.

And who wants to see that?

    GO SEAHAWKS!
