The illustrations have returned! In this week's episode, we hand out a trophy, contemplate officiating, and give out some chill pills. Also, Debbie finds out Greg's been cheating on...wait a minute. Different DOG.
For all that plus a shameless plug (and yes, that image will make sense later) read on...if you dare...
No doubt, record drive is the DOG, way to go Shaun, way to go O-line, way to go Holmgren. Nice post too, and I posted on your blog as well.

I agree on the tripping penalty. Have a Green Bay defender sack Hasselback like that, and there is not penatly, but agains Favre in probably his last game (assumign he has the sense to get out now) and it's a penalty.
ReplyDeleteAs for Seneca, give him the first string O-line and see how he does. He won't outplay Hasselback, but I bet he outplays Ron Mexico. He can run almost as well, and can throw a heck of a lot better when given the time and when he stays calm about. At least thats my opinion, as uninformed as it might be.

Your "dissing the hawks" link is bad, but I LOVE the Cardinal fan with the "Morans" sign, and of course, any graphic referencing "dry humping"!
ReplyDeleteAnother good reason the record setting march should be the D.O.G. is that it gave Coach the green light to get the starters to safety and to let the reserves show their stuff.
It would have been nice if W.J. was healthy to see what Seneca could do behind our starting O-line, but even with the patchwork up front, he did okay.
I agree that he probably won't challenge Matt for a starter role, but he's definitely a good insurance policy, and should be around for a few more years until we see what we have in David Greene.

Why do we call him Ron Mexico again anyone mind explaining.

That was allegedly his alias when he went to the clinic and found out he was herpified.
