How does the handicap thing work? No matter how fast or slow I solve them, I get a 27.

I think it adjusts over time. JoSCh and ADP may have been at this for a little longer than you, so their HCPs are lower. (not to mention their IQs!)

BTW, you should fill out that comment box, which gets sent to the Crickler creators, who provide this software and service to us for free.
