Citizen K Likes This Award 9-17-06

Another week, another blasé victory. The Hawks came out firing like God against Sodom and Gomorrah, but rapidly slumped down like an overmatched jock in his seat in an A&P class. However, a home win is a home win--especially against an rival interdivisional "Super Bowl contender." The Hawks showed up when it counted today, proving either they are, like "the Governator," better than people expected, or that the Cards are, like Angelina Jolie, merely a woefully overratedly sexy pick. What did Citizen K like about today's game? Read the rest to find out.

  1. "Chris Spencer, like a suppository, was forced into duty."

That sentence was the highlight of my week!

  2. ...(sea creatures give his taste buds the dry heaves,)...

Dude. You live in Washington and you don't like seafood? Chalk it up as ANOTHER bit of evidence in the "CK and PosiPaul are Twins from Different Mothers" case (and check your e-mail, too). At least I like coffee...

I missed most of the first half, having been on the road to my in-laws, but my bro-in-law caught the action. Was it just me or are the 'Hawks still getting negative treatment from the refs. Aaarrggghh!
