"Defensive end Bryce Fisher is expected to return in time for training camp after undergoing arthroscopic surgery on his ankle. Fisher, signed in free agency from the St. Louis Rams, played with the injury last season. The Seahawks said they knew about the condition before signing him and decided surgery was the best remedy"
- Mike Sando, News Tribune
It kills me that these guys wait so long before having their surgery, rather than getting it out of the way as soon as the season ends.
ReplyDeleteWith Bryce, I can kind of understand, knowing he was going into Free Agency. Not sure how soon after we signed him he had the procedure done, but we need these guys in camp!
IG - great accompanying graphic, you're picking up this blog thing like a champ!
Here's another tip: You can use the paragraph tag < p > (without the spaces around the P) if you need to add extra blank lines to your post so it fits with a big graphic.
Funny interpretation of the depth chart there Blue! My guess is that Cochran will be moved over rather than putting one of the rookies in first.
ReplyDeleteI'm just stoked that we have depth on our depth chart. Plenty of good players with the potential of being great!
ReplyDeleteAin't it the truth.
ReplyDeleteI think after the gametime starter last season, the defenisive depth chart said "the beefy guy in Section 142, Row G, seat 3"
Yeah....it was pretty slim pickin's there toward .....what?.....midseason! :D
ReplyDeleteBut hey, remember....that's not an excuse for their poor defensive showing! (sarc)
Isn't it messed up that the Rams misdiagnosed his injury as a sprain, instead of seeing that it was in fact a bone spur? I mean these guys are supposed to be specialists right? I smell a lawsuit in the air, a little side story for when we face the Rams this season. :D
