Alan's D.O.G at Jacksonville

I know the game just ended, but the D.O.G was decided in the 2nd quarter, and this game needs to be ranted about now.

This week's D.O.G goes to the second scoring drive.

The essentials: Plays: 7 Yards: 80 Possession: 3:30 Ended with: hasselbeck to Jackson, 9-yard TD. 14-13 Seattle.

Why its the DOG: Because at the time, it showed resiliancy. The drive prior, Jacksonville drove down the field and scored to take a 13-7 lead. The Seahawks came back, put together this nice looking drive, and retook the lead. If only this had been the theme for the night.

Shaun Alexander's 33 yard run was the key to the drive, and D-Jac caught the touchdown. So, those two get the Extremely Corny Bronze Racecar.

I won't rant now...I'll get lunch, collect my thoughts and then come and rip into this one.

Until then....

  1. Good job getting this up so fast Alan. Of course, it's not like the Seahawks gave you much to choose from!
