Cochran Reworks Contract

Antonio Cochran has reduced his base salary from $2,000,000 to $1,500,000. This improves our cap situation by $500K and left enough room to ink Sharper without cutting Brown.

Also, the Seattle Seahawks have re-signed restricted free agent S Marquand Manuel. Terms of the deal were undisclosed.

Chad Brown is on the verge of being cut, it looks as though it could happen anytime soon...regardless of the Cochran restructure (which wasnt by much)
