Thank YOU for creating this blog which is providing a much needed spot for most of us to exercise our Seahawks "jones" on a daily, hourly, or constantly basis!

  4. That's funny, ADP. I remember how you liked this site because it was small and everyone's opinions were respected, if I remember right.

I fully expect this pattern to continue. This blog is built, not on me, not on any one contributor, but on the collective; good old number 12 working as a team. No single person could build this place by themselves.

We also don't have the same issues that hinder other sites.

There are no ads, or anyone trying to make a living on the blog, corrupting their motive. When someone is doing this for money, their love for the team can be called into question, and the decisions they make to post various content is based on profit. We post stuff for the love of it, because it's good s***. This is the best stuff to read anyway. The best way to be is a site BY the fans, FOR the fans. It makes for a real team atmoshphere. If someone gets out of line, we don't have to complain or wait for a moderator to come in and bust chops. The other members of the team chime in and work it out. It's kind of amazing, really.

Also, we don't have an automated system for joining, and we can be selective when allowing contributors. When other sites set up, they want EVERYONE to join, no matter who they are, because this will add to their advertising base. Not so in this blog. We add people that love the team. This is the foundation of good content, that is, actually caring about the subject. All of our contributors meet this requirement, and always will.

BTW: I typed above, "Visit MY trophy case." But they are OUR trophies. Just in my CASE. I didn't mean to sound like I was taking credit for the site.

    Enough soap box for now.

    GO SEAHAWKS!!!

  7. yeh yeh yeh I know i contradicted myself, Blue...the site still feels private...regardless of the visitors...besides, they never speak!!!

they like to check out my breats (posts)...but are too afraid to touch them (respond)...then again, im not a chick...but you get the picture

I feel the time i will get annoyed is when people start coming here, and dont allow opinions...im very open, so i imagine there will be a few arguments here and there, should a person who doesnt care about opinions arrives...

so far, im liking the lack of those kind of people

  8. i should clarify that...what i mean is, I dont want someone bashing my opinion...they can disagree, but to tell me im stupid, or insult me in any way, will tick me off...

but nonetheless, this is the internet...and i certainly dont worry about people over the net

  9. My offseason program starts in minutes. Lift 12 oz, lower 10 oz. Repeat until fluid weight is depleted.

Repeat this process until you cannot find any more "weights", you are unable to move to get "weights" you know are there, or the woman tells you to shut up and go to bed.

Y'all welcome to join me, but ya can't drive home.

  10. You can't just work the large muscle masses like that, or you'll be all out of proportion!

You gotta add in some lighter weight, higher rep regimin into the process.

Take chip from bag, increase weight with dip, lift to mouth. Repeat, mixing in large muscle 12-oz curls in as needed.

Exercise can also be completed substituting nachos and salsa, or buffalo wings and blue cheese.

Carrot sticks and/or celery are not allowed.
